Thanks To All Who Attended Our 2013 Annual Meeting on Sunday Evening, January 27th

What a wonderful Annual Meeting of the Friends of Anastasia State Park CSO. Good friends, good music, great food, a warm fire and even two new board members marked the 2013 annual meeting. A bit of a sprinkle of rain threatened to put the damper on our festivities, but it blew over quickly. The full moon behind the clouds was perfect.

I want to thank all of you for attending. Perhaps we should gather more often. There are some musically inclined members and perhaps a campfire sing along with hotdogs and marshmallows would be fun in the future. Let me know your thoughts.

Brian made up some killer oyster po’boys. Shelly and John made an awesome pot of Minorcan Chowder and built a fantastic fire for us to enjoy. Diane ran a profitable silent auction which added $100.00 to our coffers. Everyone chipped in to get it all set up and rolling and then at the end cleaning it all up. You all are a great group of people.
